By using Showries you accept what's written here.
Your account
You must be at least 13. You're responsible for what happens from your account and for the credentials you use. You can delete it whenever you want, from inside the app (Settings → Delete account).
What you write
Reviews, comments and photos stay yours. You give us permission to show them inside Showries to other users — nothing more: we don't resell them, don't hand them to third parties, and don't use them to train models.
You agree to follow the community guidelines. We can remove content that breaks them, and suspend or close accounts that keep at it.
Film and TV data
Film and TV metadata comes from TMDB. Showries uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch. GIFs come from Klipy. We don't host or stream any film or show: Showries keeps track, it doesn't play anything.
The service, as is
Showries is offered "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we can't guarantee it's always available or free of bugs. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from using the app.
If these change
If we change these terms in a substantial way, we'll tell you inside the app before they take effect.

L'account
Devi avere almeno 13 anni. Sei responsabile di quello che succede dal tuo account e delle credenziali che usi. Puoi cancellarlo quando vuoi, dall'app (Impostazioni → Elimina account).
Quello che scrivi
Recensioni, commenti e foto restano tuoi. Ci dai il permesso di mostrarli dentro Showries agli altri utenti — niente di più: non li rivendiamo, non li diamo a terzi, non li usiamo per addestrare modelli.
Ti impegni a rispettare le regole della community. Possiamo rimuovere i contenuti che le violano e sospendere o chiudere gli account che insistono.
I dati su film e serie
Le informazioni su film e serie arrivano da TMDB. Showries usa le API di TMDB ma non è approvata né certificata da TMDB. La disponibilità sulle piattaforme di streaming è fornita da JustWatch. Le GIF sono di Klipy. Non ospitiamo né distribuiamo film o serie: Showries tiene il conto, non fa vedere niente.
Il servizio così com'è
Showries è offerta "così com'è". Facciamo del nostro meglio perché funzioni, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile o priva di errori. Non rispondiamo di danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso dell'app.

Se cambiamo questi termini in modo sostanziale, te lo diciamo dentro l'app prima che diventino effettivi.
